Cause:- MS Office components blocking setup from accessing this object

Error
loading file, not a valid toolbook header
Cause:- System not associating GreatWar.exe with tbload.exe
Solution:- Manually edit the target property of the 'Soldiers Died 1914
- 1919' program manager icon.
At present the target of the icon reads:-
C:\sdgw\greatwar.exe
|
| This should be prefixed with:- |
(for win 3.x,95,98)
c:\windows\asym\runtime\tbload.exe |
(for winNT)
c:\winnt\asym\runtime\tbload.exe |
A space should separate the two paths.
ie.
c:\windows\asym\runtime\tbload.exe c:\sdgw\greatwar.exe |
